Our menu is crafted using only the freshest, local ingredients. When we cannot use local produce, we go to long lengths in finding sustainable British suppliers. We like to keep things simple on the surface, but we're kicking hard underwater to bring out the best in our ingredients. Having a small menu means we can really showcase the season's best. Each dish is labelled with its main ingredient. Our front of house can explain where the ingredients are from, and how they are served.
